Plan A

Preventitive Maintenance check TWICE per year, $52.00 per season for a total of $104.00 per year. Cooling Season is checked in the spring. Heating system checked in the fall. Click here to see list of what is checked in the spring and Click here for list of what is checked in the fall.

Plan B

Preventitve Maintenance check ONCE per year, $62.00. Cooling Season ONLY, checked in the spring.  Click here to see list of what is checked.

 

Plan C

Preventitive Maintenance check ONCE per Year, $62.00. Heating Season ONLY, checked in the fall. Click here to see list of what is checked.

 

(Additional $20.00 charge for each additional unit)

ADI will schedule these services during normal business hours, 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. ADI will contact you to set up a mutually agreeable time for the service to be performed. Homeowner will be notified of any parts to be found defective or any recommendation to the system.

  1. Check freon suction pressure

  2. Check freon discharge pressure

  3. Check voltage

  4. Check compressor amperage

  5. Check outdoor fan amperage

  6. Check indoor fan amperage

  7. Check reversing valve opertion

  8. Clean indoor coil when necessary

  9. Clean outdoor coil when necessary

  10. Check for freon leaks

  11. Clan condensate drain

  12. Check contactor contacts

  13. Check electrial components

  14. Check air flow

  15. Check and adjust thermostat

  16. Check all wiring connections

  17. Check output temperature

  18. Make recommendations as to reapairs needed, if any

 

Heating System Check List
